Mark has lived and skied in Japan for nearly 20 years. He was worked at Madarao Mountain Resort on Ski Patrol for two years and also worked as a ski instructor in Shiga Kogen.

Mayuko has lived for over 10 years in Australia in Sydney and Byron Bay. She has worked in Australia as a Sushi Chef and ran her own catering business.
